Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging, including any tags and labels.
  • How to Return an Item

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us via email or phone to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Once we approve the return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
    3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Please ensure the return is securely packaged and includes the original invoice or packing slip.

 

  • Restocking fee:  $15 
  • Return Shipping Costs
  • Domestic Returns:
    • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
    • In the case of a return due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • International Returns:
    • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
  • Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
